A web-based interpretive platform for in-gallery visitors; providing access to additional information and rich media including audio, video, and high resolution photographs. Designed to enable engagement with as little friction as possible, via familiar devices.

My Role

• Initial planning and user flow designed with consideration of how visitors would use the app in Museum galleries
• Refined app uses based on user feedback and analytics from previous version of the app
• Worked with designer to create final layouts
• Managed development process from scope of work to launch
• Maintained codebase for ongoing use
• Developed additional components and ongoing improvements
• Made codebase available as open source tool to be used by other institutions
